Kyla has a dual bachelor’s degree in both Management and Marketing with a minor in Advertising from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. During her senior year of college, Kyla exceeded the normal course load and successfully sold real estate. While attending USC, Kyla was a courier for four years at an established and highly respected law firm allowing her to develop a vast network throughout her time there. She was also an active member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Delta Delta Chapter contributing to another immense amount of interconnections of current and alumni members.
Kyla is taking her knowledge from her corporate sales job and Marketing/Management degrees and applying them directly to selling real estate. The real estate industry is evolving more every day into an internet-based business, especially for marketing purposes. With her extensive marketing knowledge and creative points of difference, Kyla will market your property to get it sold for top dollar. She specializes with millennials in buying and selling property as well as investors. Kyla sold over 80 properties in 2020 generating close to $15 million in sales volume. Although her focus surrounds millennials, she is equipped to sell anything residential as well as small lots to large acreage tracts of land.
Her hobbies include spending time with her friends and family at Edisto Beach, boating on Lake Murray, playing tennis competitively on a 4.0 USTA League, and being an active member in her Methodist church.
